SHIPPING COSTS & TIMINGS

AABOUX ships worldwide via DHL

AABOUX offers free delivery on domestic orders over  150,000

AABOUX offers free shipping on International Orders paid in USD ($) to these destinations – USA, UK, Europe, Canada, West Africa, East Africa & South Africa

Please contact us for shipping fees to other destinations.

International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.

Can I shop to multiple addresses?

At the moment, you can ship to only one address per order. You will need to place an order per address. 

Timing for Shipping within Nigeria: 

It typically takes 24-48 hours, but could take up to 72 hours, depending on exact location.

Timing for International Orders:

It typically takes up to 3-7days for international orders, subject to location and subject to customs clearance process, where shipping time can be significantly delayed and in some cases the customer is required to retrieve their package from the customs office.

ORDER PROCESSING, TIMING & TRACKING

We want you to receive your new bag as quickly as possible! You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships out.

Items in Stock

It typically takes 1-2 working days* to process your order if the item is in stock. If you place your order on the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day.

Custom Orders

For items out of stock, or custom orders, it could take up to 10 days after your order is confirmed. Kindly complete the custom order form. You can also schedule a 1:1 15-minute zoom consultation.

Once processed, all orders are shipped at 5pm Monday – Friday and a confirmation email and/or text will be sent to track your order.

* Please allow for slightly extended processing and shipping during busy times of the year, such as the holidays or when your order was placed during sales.

Cancel or amend my Order

You may cancel your order within a very short window. Please contact sales[at]aaboux.com or via whats app, providing details of your order as soon as possible

PAYMENTS

We want your payments to be safe and seamless experience.

We accept payments via Flutterwave (International Payments) & Paystack (for domestic payments) which allow you to pay via card, bank transfer, bank account, USSD, Visa QR and mobile money.

Our payment processors platforms are secure with ISO 27001 & 22301 Certification and PA DSS & PCI DSS Compliant systems

Naira Payments

Please note that we are only able to receive Naira payments from Naira accounts and cards.

USD Payments

Our USD prices include free shipping.

We are able to receive USD payments from customers in over 150 worldwide.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Custom Orders

Please note that sales of made to order, customised or personalised items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Local Orders

We accept for exchange, un-used items in the condition received/purchased and its original packaging, from aaboux.com within 7 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders. Cost of returns will be borne by the Customer.

We only offer a refund if the product is defective.

Please note that Custom Orders are non-refundable.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns unless the product is defective. Kindly contact sales[at]aaboux.com, within 3 days of receipt to discuss options of refund/exchange. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded.

Please note items must be un-used and in the condition received/purchased and its original packaging, from aaboux.com. Cost of returns will be borne by the Customer.
